What is the tentative schedule ? It is needed to make the appropriate reservations. For instance, if the conference is 9:00 - 17:00 I will probably arrive on the 17 to be rested the next day.

Be aware that the hotel has standard higher tariffs for the weekend (Friday and Saturday night)
So the tariff will be higher for Friday and Saturday night.

Badhotel Scheveningen has blocked 5 rooms for 17, 18 and 19 September.
They offer a tariff of 95,00 per person for Friday night.
The tariff for Saturday night is 115,00 for a single room, 125,00 for a double room.
