This is illegal within the European Union. Don’t know about the US/Canada.
But since the jurisdiction is in an alternate reality, it’s kind of hard to prosecute.
I think that’s why they invented the Green Lantern Corps, to fix such problems 
Every time I come to town lately I get swept up by the mob with pitchforks and nooses headed to the latest “castle on the hill”.
