Run and save

I wanted to know if there is a way to save automatically every time I Run my project.
I know I can use scripts before and after Build, but what about Run: Is there something similar?

I found this old (six years) thread in the forum:

It says that there is a copy created automatically in AppData but I haven’t found it.
Is it true? Is there any copy of the project somewhere?

You only need to change the behaviour to “both”:
