Wow this is very sad and unexpected. I always enjoyed pm’ing and chatting with Amando on the forums.

I was fortunate enough to get to know Amando a bit. We had a discussion via email just this past December about the tough times he and his family were having. This will only make things worse for them. Amando was a good person and a welcome member of this forum. He will be missed. My condolences to his family.

Very sad. My condolences to his family and friends.

Sad. He wanted to come to our conference two years ago, but had to cancel.

This is kind of insane. Amando was a kind person with so much yet to achieve. We exchanged few messages, and we had some common interests. He even told me some interesting facts about some possible relatives from my ancestors in Spain. I feel like losing a close friend living at distance for some time. My condolences to his family.

Given that he and his family seemed to have a tough time maybe all developers could donate the proceeds of one license to his family (I’m confident Xojo Inc could organize that quite easily). That might help a bit more than prayers and condolences
