The RB trains through the Rhine valley over Mainz and Koblenz are need about the same time as an ICE to Cologne and a RB/IC to Andernach.
You can of course take S8/S9 from Frankfurt(M) Flughafen Regionalbf to Mainz and switch to the RB26 to Andernach.
