That’s exactly what Gavin said to me, and I can totally see the merit in that. However, I want a usable ticket system now, not announced at XDC 2021.
BTW, the Desktop app is precisely the wrong demonstration of what Xojo can do.
A lot of us have rock solid Windows apps, sometimes much more complex than Feedback. Why is it that the Windows app should be so buggy after all these years ?
To be fair, the Feedback App was eating their own dog food. It was their first true Cocoa app and it was their first 64-bit app. Perhaps it can be the first app using Xojo web 2.0. 
That would be a GREAT case study on how to develop for more than one target type if the Mac and Windows version were also kept up to date.
