maybe Xojo could go for another Road : talking for about their Feedback app. 
Havent seen it, but have used so many others from other IDE, never faced problem to post a feedback then… 
there are so many (free) online/cloud solutions…its surprise me that they have their users “instal” something anyway… while the market is filled with Free online toos (n database linked) …
…unless they wish to avoid as many feedback as they could in this way… 
Feedback App works well if you ask xojo. Write your feedback and that s it.

Just so folks know, Xojo 2020r2.1 installed fine with the .deb on Ubuntu 20.10.
Just you to know: web projects with styles and other functionality written in 2019r3.x you can not simply open and compile with 2020 version cause of the change of Web 1.0 to Web 2.0.
So what is it helping for, everybody knows that 2020 install on Ubuntu 20 works
