Problems with DigitalRiver/MyCommerce

Forgive me if this isn’t the proper forum, but has anyone else been having trouble getting paid by DigitalRiver/MyCommerce? I’ve always had good service from them, but something changed last summer when I got an email saying “some” people were getting paid earlier than the time stipulated in the terms. I always got paid by the 15th of the month after my sales or a few days afterwards, but to date I haven’t been paid a cent for June, July, and August. I brought it up to them in their new ServicNo…

I am not surprised. Digital River has no care for it’s customers in the past. Digital River bought eSellerate only to shut it down.

Have now received a letter about Digital River’s insolvency, asking me to make a claim against DR’s assets. Do you think there are any, or enough to cover the cost of claiming? When Kagi, another software sales agent, went out of business, there was nothing but debts. Is this the same situation?

There’s no way to know, because the availability of assets depends on how many superior claims are ahead of you.

We submitted our claims, too.
Basically just the three invoices they prepared for us, but never paid.

We’ll see how much there is left. At least there is enough to run the insolvency proceeding.
