3rd party plugins don't load under Sierra

Unless the Xojo DMG is not signed, this can be verified by dragging the DMG onto the App Wrapper icon.

I hope so, although I don’t have much faith any more. Even Obj-C/Swift developers are facing code signing issues, still.

Just checked for 2016R3. It is signed (of course).

It adds the Quarantine EA for all of my versions - RS12r2.1, Xojo13r3.3, Xojo14r3.2, Xojo16r1, and Xojo16r3 - all downloaded new just to make sure.
