ZipMBS.Close - GlobalComment parameter?

Does anyone know what the GlobalComment string parameter is used for in ZipMBS.Close? I see when I create a zip file from a folder the global string is placed at the end of the zip file, but does anyone know if anything uses this? I don’t see it in the finder.

Finder doesn’t care about comments in zip files, but the specs allow a global comment field.
