XQL with namespace crash

The feedback is “old” and about Windows, but now (since R2) is also on OSX!

Since the original project was developed with R1.1 this is a regression.
The same code works with alla Xojo versions
but fails (hard crash) with R2 and R2.1b1

PS do I need to create a new feedback for OSX, since is relative to R2?
