Xojo2023r4 - is it possible to change color of the WebToolbarButton Label?

I have WebToolbarButton of ButtonStyles.Label.
I use Caption for the note.
Is it possible to change the text color or Indicator of this “Label WebToolbarButton”?

If so, how?
