Apparently we can comment in an announcement post. I saw the date/time post as:

Sep 23, 2026 12:00 PM in Pacific Time (US and Canada)

Note that it is “Pacific Time”. But we are still in Pacific Daylight Savings Time (PDT). I can only guess that by leaving out the “Standard” (PST), or Daylight Savings (PDT) that Pacific Time means whichever is current, PST or PDT, at the time. So 12:00 PM PDT?

The date/time should change depending on your local time.
For me it says 2 PM Central Time.
