Well, if a training day is offered, it maybe 11th or 12th.
Than people can sign up and if minimum is reached, there can be one.
We are looking into a training day. Probably won’t know for sure for a few weeks.
Discovered today that I cannot do the Chicago event. Robotics tournament is that day and runs through the weekend. Can’t miss it being one of the mentors for my kids team. Sorry.

I’ll make a reservation a few days before.
Currently it looks like we have 12 people for this meeting.
With that many people might be able to reserve space in a restaurant with meeting rooms. Longhorn might not be the best fit. Schaumburg has lots of restaurants and is generally fairly touristy but farther to get to from the airport for those traveling in.
Well, if you have better suggestion, please make one.
