Reminder that if you have not yet reserved your hotel room please do so soon as our room block expires next month. The rate outside of our room block is about $70 more per night. You can always reserve now and make changes later, to make sure you get the best rate!
Just a reminder that if you have not yet reserved your room at the Sheraton Music City Hotel - there is just a month left to book at our discounted conference rate. After that you will be subject to their posted rates which are considerably higher. There is no risk with booking your room now, payment is not due, you can cancel up to 48 hours prior to your stay with no penalty.
I am trying to get an idea of how close we are to meeting our room reservation requirements to see if we need to add more rooms to the block, so please book your room ASAP if you have not done so already.
To frighten you into reserving now, here are the nightly costs at the non-XDC rate ($189 + $31.32 taxes per room per night):

These don’t include the taxes of $47.66 per room per night. Not sure why there is such a massive fluctuation.
