I’m unable to access the website or the login page for the forum from my provider network (which is in Telekom Germany). I’m currently accessing the forum via a VPN. The connection appears to be dropped after a backbone hub in Newark. Do you block entire provider subnets?
Pretty sure they don’t. You would be better emailing “hello@xojo.com” with this sort of issue. Talk to them directly. It would also be worth asking your ISP about routing issues.
