Xojo.com not accessible

Hi,

I’m unable to access the website or the login page for the forum from my provider network (which is in Telekom Germany). I’m currently accessing the forum via a VPN. The connection appears to be dropped after a backbone hub in Newark. Do you block entire provider subnets?

Pretty sure they don’t. You would be better emailing “hello@xojo.com” with this sort of issue. Talk to them directly. It would also be worth asking your ISP about routing issues.

I’m also with the German Telecomedians and don’t have a problem with xojo.com .

Well, i’ve Telekom Cable. Maybe they have a separate subnets

i am from germany and use ewe network provider, can not login from android phone or ipad but i am logged in at other pc.

seems it is the cookie question popup which block the login …
and it looks like only accept all cookies allow the login …
i test even at other pc with windows 11 and firefox browser.

the forum login should allow login by just user and password input.

Yes, that is correct. If you ignore the cookiebanner, you cannot login

this question popup only appear once. (and appear again after clear browser history)

Which would not be allowed in the EU :wink:

Thank you to those who reached out. We became aware of the issue caused by the cookie popup and we’ve taken steps so it doesn’t interfere with future logins. We have changed it so the login cookie is considered “necessary”/“required” so it should still work regardless going forward, and allow people to still opt out of all the others.
