Xojo 2025r3: What is this Window?

In the Navigator, I choosed the macOS entry and found this, click in it and get this window. What is it for ?

Its close button (top left, not red) does not works. To close it I had to click in Cancel.

That is the property list editor for metadata included in the app.

Seems like it runs as dialog and the close button is disabled.

So this is the plist editor some were reffered to in the Forum.

That is why I do not found it while I was looking at the Xojo Menus / Items…
