please take this line (that on the forum appears incorrectly but in Safari, TextEdit and my app renders correctly):
:??? ??? ??? ?? ??? ??? ??? ? 1
When I select the whole line or just one word (???) and select the Start Speaking menu in the Edit Menu, the Hebrew voice reads it as Tesherab instead of Bereshith.
Any idea how to make it read correctly?

By the way, I’ve been googling for a Hebrew Bible (with or without masoretic) in public domain or whose publishers may allow its use in a freeware app (giving due credits).
Apart from the above website I have not (yet) been lucky.
While I persevere contacting publishers, may be somebody may have a suggestion…
