I have some bevel buttons each with a colored rectangle. When I click out of my program and then click back into the program, the rectangles become blank. Is it possible to fix this? If so, how?

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I mean the rectangle control. I guess the easiest way to describe it is to show you what I mean. If you run the program, notice that if you click out of the GUI (for instance, by clicking on the desktop) and then click back on the GUI the color of the rectangles go away. How can I get the color of the rectangle not to go away like that?
