Back in October last year I offered my little self a 3.4 Ghz quad core machine. Not much need for more cores as long as current software makes no use of multicore. Soon after Windows 10 Tech Preview became available, and I installed the 64 bit version. Since day one, it has proven to be a fair and nice system. No technical issue. Cosmetic things, usually fixed the next release.
I did not want to buy a 3.8 Ghz for 30% more or so. I rather buy a 5K new Mac with the money earned in the MAS ;p
