Where is the local language reference installed to?

If a user downloads the language reference for offline use, where is it stored on the computer on macOS, Windows and Linux? Does anyone know?

for macos it is ‘~/Library/Application Support/Xojo/Xojo’
then there is a subfolder for each version.
