Hello,
Imagine hollow cube with the top and bottom surfaces removed, what is it called?
Only the four remaining walls are left, the top and bottom are open.
Thanks.
Lennox

It’s still a cube.
I think we can call a tube an open ended hollow cylinder, so, your shape maybe could be called an open ended hollow cuboid.
Thanks Tim and Rick, follow-up with Google… hollow cuboid.

A closed shoe box ( without shoes inside ) is a hollow cuboid, a brick can be a cuboid (not hollow), for me, your shape description is better said as an open ended hollow cuboid.
A square extrusion?
Hi Scott,

Thanks again.
