Ive given Lingua to a customer who cannot speak English.. we are having fun trying to get a Lingua file put together.
Their first file to me had no foreign language in it at all.
The second was generated using the tab-delimited export from lingua.
That has translations, but I cannot import it back into my app or to Lingua.
Is there a way to convert it into an importable file?
Have a look at my version of âOpen Lingua with Deeplâ at Xojo + Alfred . It can export to csv and import the changed csv.

Opening in Xojo 2025, I get some odd compile time messages:
I guessed at removeall for âclearâ, but in general, it doesnt like âSetâ as a concept..
Itâs been a while since I had a look at that project. âSetâ now seems to be a reserved word.
Yeah. Opens in an older build. Thanks. Not your concern, but the tab file I got doesnât open with it. I can find a work around for that, I hope.
