WebToolBarButton/Menu and tooltip

I set the tooltip properties in webToolBarButton but when I put the mouse on webToolBarButton the tooltip text is not shown
Anyone have suggestions

Xojo2024R4.2 user here and still this issue hasn’t been fixed yet.
