To display an image catalog on the web, I use WebListBoxImageRenderer and CellRendererAt
It works, but the images are not displayed in the right direction: all in landscape and upside down, even those taken in portrait.
How to straighten them?
It sounds like those images have metadata in them that specifies orientation. This happens a lot with photos taken with a phone or tablet these days.
Xojo’s framework does not have a way to read that information, but I bet Christian has a plugin that would let you read and fix the orientation quickly.
Yes, the orientation is correctly read with GMImageMBS, and the images are now displayed the right way up.
But there’s a gray area on each side of the cell that I can’t figure out.
