web style is not appear without color in mobile phone

I have an issue with webstyle it does not appear in color in my sumsung galaxy and iphone .

I anyone have an idea about this issue .

Android does not show colors for buttons. Replace them by labels and use MouseDown instead of Action.

Some browsers require that you change a buttons style by more than just one attribute before the appearance will change.
