Using .net controls with Xojo

Simple question - is it possible to use .net controls with Xojo ?

As a random example, http://www.grid2000.com/index.html ? I’m sure there might be Xojo alternatives to that grid one, but in general, is there a way ?

AFAIK, no

Xojo offers a primitive control that only the Mac people are happy with.

If You have an ActiveX Grid control it may work.

I doubt it since COM is not fully supported. It’s been my experience that most ActiveX controls do NOT work in Xojo. It’s been a while since I’ve tried, but I’ve not hear of too many success stories for UI controls.

Ok, that’s unfortunate. Thanks gentleman.

I believe I wrote MAY work. Did You miss that?

Primitive? … It can be made to do almost anything and x-platform if you put some work in to understand it…

For an example of SOME of what can be done see:
MergedCell Listbox

It doesnt take long to get to grips with and its REALLY powerful once you do.

I totally disagree. The Listbox is a hugely impressive beast, it just takes some time to work with and understand. I completely agree with Karen and Russ.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised at what I’ve been able to get the ListBox to do.
