Hey, im trying to download REALBASIC from Beginning Program for DUMMIES and i downloaded everything twice and i keep getting the same Error.

I believe that book dates back some years so not sure what version of REALbasic it targets
Since the product and company are now Xojo I would suggest updated material

in either PDF or ibooks format
And then one or more of the other free books of our documentation set from

This should get you up to speed with the latest version of the software
