Unable to view WEB app in desktop htmlViewer

I have a desktop program that monitors activity from a WEB app through an html viewer. Everything worked great until both were built with 2016r1.1. I now get the Browser Not Supported screen. I have tried setting the Renderer to Webkit and Native. I am attempting this on OSX 10.8.5 and Windows 10.

in your web application, you need to allow unsupported browsers. See this thread
