Unable to delete MenuItem in the editor

It appears that deleting a MenuItem from a menu in the editor is not working in 23r3.1 or 23r3.

Running on Windows 11.

Thoughts?

Saw Amy’s note in another thread. CTRL-Backspace solves this. Looks like a preference/keystroke setting needs to be updated.

This was fixed for windows in 2023 R4
