I’ve been thinking about this. The exception window is a little crowded, but I’ve been getting some hard to reproduce ones with Plugins Pro too.
I did not realize this. Good to know. It seems to be too late to move categories.
I think I fixed the issue, I just wanted to be sure everything was going to work as expected and not cause more problems. Hopefully the right person finds this thread, but I will need to release an update soon to fix the issue for everyone.
In my experience, this is pointless. I have that language in mine and have never once received contact info in my exception reports. What I do tend to get is “help” or gibberish.
This is one of the reasons when I re-write my exception reporter, it generates the e-mail in the customers e-mail client. The other reason was laziness.
