This site can’t be reached

Thanks Jason for helping me re-key and enter updated SSL certificates for the new server.
A couple issues/observations:

  1. I get the “This site can’t be reached” message for all URLs at the new IP: 138.68.236.231
  2. I can access the server with SFTP and I see that the “cert” folder is empty - whereas this folder seemed to have certificate information in it on my previous server. Is it expected that this “cert” folder should be empty?
