I found many things on the web, it was a bug in the first version of Sonoma but I’m Sonoma 14.5 (23F79) and I still have the problem.
I have DMG on another partition of my hard drive. If I double-click the DMG I get the error:
**Impossible d’ouvrir l’image disque**
Échec du montage des systèmes de fichiers
I have to launch “Disk Utility” and then open my DMG from the menu.
I have no problem with double-click the DMG if it is in my home folder (startupdisk).
I created another folder on my second partition and when the DMG was in it it works.
The folder containing the DMG was copied from my old Mac under Bug Sur. I change the owner, group and the permissions and now I can open my DMG.
Then if someone arrived here on this thread with the same problem, play (carefully) with the authorisation to correct the bug.
I updated yesterday to Sonoma 14.6.1 (23G93) and the bug was still there that’s why I searched for a solution myself.
I don’t know radar and found only forum when I search for Apple Radar feedback. It seems to be only for people using Apple developper’s tool and I don’t. If Apple wanted a way to users to report a bug, they just have to add a menu in the Apple menu.
I solved my problem Emile, I can know open my DMG. The DMG is mine own, during my tests I created a new one under Disk Utility Sonoma because the previous one was created under Big Sur but the problem was still there.
As I explained, the problem was authorisation and it’s ok now.
