Small provocation

Sorry for the provocation,
What is the use of paying for a license if support does not solve the problems that are pointed out and reported?

Having to work around the problems of old and new versions of xojo with additional programming lines (so further confusion or risk of generating additional problems to manage) or being told that since a native component of xojo is buggy … then buy third party components, it doesn’t seem very professional to me.
Here in the end it is better to stay with the expired of a 2019 rel. whose problems and limits are known, rather than buying or renewing the license which in fact only releases hopes and many new bugs

(post inspired by the mail "Xojo Annual User Experience Survey 2021 ")

Your generalization is inaccurate. Bugs are fixed in every new release.

are you sure ?

Yes, as revealed by the release notes of every new release. If you have a particular concern or wish to call attention to a certain Feedback report that you think is particularly troublesome, you can contact the engineers directly or get in touch with customer support. But not everyone will prioritize these matters as you do.

Since it’s your stated intention not to cause provocation, I’m going to help out and lock this thread.
