When he types “+” sign in xojo. Xojo writes a Skull icon.
What does it mean?

I doubt seriously if the program is in the XOJO application itself, as it would require that the “something” is changing a keystroke of “0x2B” [+] to become a Unicode character “0x2620” [? assuming that is the skull being seen]

Yes ira happening in Xojo. The program was written in xojo 2.42 this started to happen when he update to Xojo 2015R3.1

Doesnt happen in other programs. Only in xojo. This xojo is running On a Mac.

Sounds like he’s got a corrupt download. Have him go to our website and download 3.1 again.
