&-sign in menuitem.text

HI,

what is the &-sing in front of a menuitem.text good for?

It gives a visual indication of which letter is the shortcut for that menuitem. The letter following the & will be underlined.

Btw if you select the menubar in your project then you can click on the icons at the top to see how it looks on Mac, Windows, Linux.

So the & is used on Windows and Linux, but not Mac.
