I have a problem with setting APNs certificate for iOS Remote Notification. I have downloaded and entered the p8 certificate that has been obtained from the iOS developer account. Once I enter it, I can’t press the Add button. Is there any workable solution?

From that dialog, it doesn’t think that you have selected the file on disk. Usually the file path appears where it says “Select p8 certificate”. Maybe select the file again?
I have selected the p8 file. After I select the path for the file, it automatically disappears and the iOS App Name and p8 key section auto fill.
I’ll get a p8 file and try this out here.
