Setting height of iOS table search bar when it includes a scope bar

My recollection is that enabling search doesn’t necessarily show the search field by default and that you have to drag downward to make it appear. Is that not what you are seeing?

I’ve got a view in my app that includes a table with a search control and no scope bar where that happens, but I’ve failed to replicate it in the “iOSMobileTable Search Filters” demo project. Instead, the demo project initially displays as per the screenshot if it has a scope bar.

In my app? I see the same behaviour with a small number (i.e. there’s blank space at the end of the table) or hundreds of items.

Interesting. I am periodically seeing the behavior you describe but it only appears if the table doesn’t have enough rows to fill the height.
