I had seen the repo you mentioned before opening this post, but I beleive that there must be a public API like the one of Telegram.
It seems not very practical that you need to publish in your server an API service of another application in order to you have conditions that your application could dialog with that application.
Is this a normal practice ? And is this the only one way in order to send a message from my application throw Signal ? If so, IMPO, it does not speak very well from an application with some millons of users not to have its own API service
