Scroll a Canvas with a picture

I know it’s not a new topic…sorry…

In a Windows Desktop project i have a window with a canvas and a horizontal scrollbar, and a method creating a picture and displaying it on the canvas. Now i’m trying to scroll the canvas if the picture is wider than the canvas itself.

I’m looking for a very easy example to do this.
