Saving For Source Control

How are you supposed to save your project for source control?
The save as dialog no longer has the option to change the project type. It’s always writing out as binary format.
I saw the options to change the preferences to default to text format, but this does nothing.

What am I missing?

You need a license to save as source control format.

I have two licences, Mac and PC, but I am still unable to save as text for version control.

You need a Pro license.

Not true. Though I think you need more than a Lite License.

Yes you need more than the $99.00 single platform license

You need the Desktop license at minimum. Lite can only save to binary.
