Round Rectangle in a Report

When trying to draw a round rectangle in a Report I get an oval instead of a rectangle.
Is this a bug? or I am doing something wrong.

Have you set CornerWidth and CornerHeight? The default is 16 px. If your rectangle is small and you don’t reduce them it will result in an oval.

I have tried 0 and 1 for both and get the same oval

In the Report Layout it shows like a round rectangle and the shape changes when I change CorneWidth and CornerHeight values but when trying to print (OS X show as PDF in Preview) what I get is the same oval.
