Revisit Library and Inspector Feature Request

A lot of time has passed since the first entries for this request and issue keeps coming up and hitting me in the workflow:

It would be very helpful if the Library and Inspector frames could be visible at the same time and stacked instead of the current either/or scenario.

I assume you know you can have both open at teh same time as floating windows.

Yep - that’s my normal operation mode, but sometimes the floaters get “confused” and I can’t keyboard-travel between them.
