Reports From XOJO close on 64bits Printer Drivers

Hi
this POS Printer is Bematech LR2000
I have like 10 XOJO Reports on my Application and works with no problems on 32bits Printer Drivers but now some off my customer have 64 bits printer drivers and it close the application without error msg any idea what is wrong.

i try XOJO 2017 r2
XOJO 2016 r2
XOJO 2015 r3.1

Windows 7 64 bits and windows 10 64bits same problems
