I have a strange problem using the reports. They look great on my machine but on my customer’s machine the bolded fonts come out the wrong size (by a lot).
I’m suspicious that it’s a font substitution, likely because the customer has postscript fonts installed in place of TrueType. I’m using Helvetica, which should be available everywhere.
Has anyone had experience with this?
I’m wondering if I need to load a font within my app so that I can ensure that it’s available.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
