Refer to folder via introspection

How do I refer to items within a specific folder using introspection or is this not possible?

I’m assuming you mean folders IN your project ?
Folders in the project have no existence in compiled code
They are solely for grouping items in the IDE for your convenience

Thanks. I see that if I wanted to go deep enough that IDE scripts could help me along the way with this.
