Problems with Xojo 2025r2.1 and License key

I guess you were trying the off-line activation and the internet validation removed the license because the limit was already reached.
Clearing the authorizations fixed your problem.

You can always deactivate your licensed machine and re-log in to the licensing from within Xojo to activate your current machine.
