I have a problem when using the PrintPDFFileWithDialog method from the DynaPdfMBS Plugin, but only with certain printers.
Sometimes some printers return an error message related to PCL XL error (mostly HP printers).
Sometimes we solved it by changing a flag in the printer properties. Other times by changing the driver.
There is one case where we haven’t been able to fix it. I’d like to solve the problem differently, since when printing a PDF normally opened with Windows, that printer prints correctly, while the problem only occurs when printing from my software.
Is it possible to parameterize printing differently with ‘PrintPDFFileWithDialog’? So that it gets sent to the printer differently, to bypass the PostScript on/off issue.
I know I haven’t been very clear, but the problem is quite confusing for me too, since I don’t know much about printers.
