Ouch, you just reminded me of when I did some projects for AshtonTate back in the day. Printed documentation had to be finalized and ready at least 6 weeks before the ship date so we could get everything out. I also worked on their help system and automated their internal, to their product help system, and saved the equivalent of one floppy disk. In those days that was worth over a million dollars in savings; one less disk for every package sold.
