Preparing Plugins

I’m sorry if this is well known or has been covered in another thread. I’ve looked but cannot find it.

What scenario forces Xojo to prepare all the plugins again?
I have a load of plugins and the preparation time is very long.
I have been traveling and in and out of several timezones. Is this related?
Is there any way to prevent it from happening when not desirable?

When the plugins change.

Maybe due to timezone changes, the time stamps are localized and change?
Maybe worth a bug report if that is true.

I wonder if that’s the case. I’ll know for sure when I fly back home.
If it is true, I wonder if it’s intended somehow…
